- 2nd ALS: The second meeting was hosted by the third large indigenous organisation in the Arctic, the Saami Council (SC) in Tromsø, a beautiful city of the Norwegian Arctic, January 25-27, 1995,
- 3rd ALS: The third meeting was hosted by the Russian Association of Indigenous Peoples of the North (RAIPON) in the capital of the Russian Federation, Moscow, September 14-16, 1999.
