Sápmái Buorrin at the Riddu Riđđu Market

This year, the Sápmái Buorrin project took part in the market at the Riddu Riđđu Festival. At our stand, we introduced visitors to the project and the Sámi trademarks Sámi Duodji and Sámi Made.

Through conversations with visitors, we explained how these trademarks make it easier to identify authentic Sámi products while supporting Sámi duojárat, creators, and businesses.

Visitors to our stand also had the opportunity to make their own buttons featuring Sámi Trademarks designs. The activity was popular with both children and adults, providing a great opportunity to engage with visitors and talk about Sámi handicrafts, culture, and the importance of authentic Sámi products.

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to everyone who visited our stand, asked questions, and shared their thoughts with us. It was inspiring to meet so many engaged visitors, and we look forward to continuing our work to promote and strengthen Sámi businesses through the Sápmái Buorrin project.
